What is BIM, and why does my project need it?
BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a detailed 3D model of your building with architecture, structure and services together. Problems are found and fixed on screen before construction, so there are fewer site changes, less waste and better control of time and cost.
Which LOD do I need for my project?
LOD 200 suits early design, LOD 300 detailed design and drawings, LOD 350 construction coordination, LOD 400 fabrication, and LOD 500 an as-built model for facility management. We suggest the right level after looking at your drawings.
Can you convert our AutoCAD drawings into BIM?
Yes. We convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into coordinated BIM models for architecture, structure and MEP, and deliver drawings, clash reports and quantities from the model.
Do you work on government projects?
Yes. Our work includes projects for HSCC (under NHM), CPWD, ESIC and OBCC: hospitals, office buildings, staff quarters and campus buildings.
Where do you work?
We are based in New Delhi and have delivered projects in 7 states and union territories. BIM work can be done for projects anywhere in India.
